This is a basic training designed for Shop Stewards who have never been in the position before or as a review for more experienced Stewards. We will be covering:
- the basics of Local 117
- your responsibilities as a Shop Steward
- contract bargaining
- member mobilization
- resolving workplace issues
- and more!
Shop Stewards who are new to the position will receive an invitation to the training.
