DOC contract negotiations will be kicking off this May, and our Union Negotiations Committee is ready!

Armed with member feedback from contract surveys and the demands meetings, our team of 22 Shop Stewards along with our DOC Union Reps will be squaring off with the State to negotiate the terms of our 2025-2027 DOC collective bargaining agreement.

The team will be headed up by Director of Corrections & Law Enforcement, Sarena Davis, Staff Attorney, Eamon McCleery, and Secretary-Treasurer, Paul Dascher.
